The destabilized energy crystal has an unexpected effect on the struggle between good and evil on GoBotron.

Cy-Kill re-programs Scooter, making him into a suicide bomber aimed at UNECOM's headquarters.

Cy-Kill cons a well-meaning alien into helping "liberate" GoBotron by attacking the Guardians.

In an attempt to take over the Earth by travelling into the past, the Renegades accidentally go back to ancient Rome and are mistaken for gods.

When an archaeologist discovers the remains of the fabled continent of Atlantis, Cy-Kill takes advantage of the situation by unleashing a host of ancient "demons" to destroy the Guardians.

Nick, Matt and AJ are kidnapped at the heart of GoBotron, but when they escape the Renegades the trouble isn't over.

Cy-Kil reduces Leader-1, Scooter and Turbo to the size of toys, but when the tiny Guardians escape their enemies must shrink themselves to go in pursuit.

The Guardians launch an all-out effort to find and destroy Roguestar.
S01:E14 - Ultra Zod
The Renegades hold a town's children hostage to force the adults to build a giant "Ultra Zod," which will conquer Earth and then GoBotron.

When a giant robot designed to protect humanity from the Renegades turns against its creators, the Renegades are quick to take advantage of the situation.
S01:E16 - Speed Is of the Essence
A damaged Turbo is repaired by two teenagers who, unaware he's a GoBot, enter him into a Grand Prix race. When the Renegades spot him, the race turns into a demolition derby.

The Renegades persuade a disgruntled genius to use his new weapon against the Guardians.

Nick and Scooter are stranded on an alien prehistoric planet.
