The women get a major surprise when jilted bachelorette Erica returns. A 23-year-old socialite who resides in Houston, Erica refers to herself as a princess and is proudly "high maintenance." She wears tiaras for fun and is critical of some of the women's tattoos and lack of a college education. Erica's goal is to choose two ladies who will each get a one-on-one date with Borghese. To help her with the decision, she makes everyone participate in a "truth exercise"--with tearful results. Revealing that he is a licensed pilot, Borghese flies the first lucky lady in a private airplane to the ancient Roman baths outside of the city in Tivoli for a day of pampering...and a night of intimacy and romance. He invites the second "truth exercise" winner to dinner on a terrace facing the façade of the Vatican--which just happens to have Borghese's name on it--and then on a romantic carriage ride through Rome to the Trevi Fountain. Also, the Bachelor takes four women to the historic Roman aqueducts, where they race authentic ancient Roman chariots in a competition to have a special wish fulfilled by Borghese. And Desiree and Lisa get wild at the villa when they turn an ordinary night into a streaking party, ending with skinny dipping in the pool. In the end, Borghese bestows roses on only four women, who will now invite him into their families' homes.
