The opening of a new subway tunnel releases a deadly spirit, Akira, into New York City. We meet four new Ghostbusters and see how they conquer the deadly spirit, who possesses Kylie's body and spreads disease throughout the city.
S01:E02 - Darkness at Noon (Pt. 2)
The Extreme Ghostbusters must find a way to free Kylie from Achira's evil grip and defeat the deadly spirit once and for all.
S01:E03 - The True Face of a Monster
A spate of anti-Semitic violence against a Jewish temple results in the appearance of a Golem monster who hunts and traps the offenders in cocoons. When the Golem becomes violent and out of control, the Extreme Ghostbusters must devise a way to stop it.
S01:E04 - Fear Itself
When a construction site is disturbed, a demon protects its territory by capitalizing on people's fears. The Extreme Ghostbusters intervene and they, too, must face their worst nightmares.
S01:E05 - Deadliners
A novelist is possessed by a demon, causing him to create several ghostly characters which come to life and terrorize New York. Eduardo is instrumental in solving the case since he is a fan of the writer's work.
S01:E06 - Casting the Runes
After a small-time hood steals a pouch of ancient runes, he learns he can use them to mark people to be possessed and taken to the other side by a demon. The Extreme Ghostbusters must rescue his victims before they are trapped for all eternity.
S01:E07 - The Infernal Machine
In the Middle Ages, an alchemist releases a demon which requires a mechanical host. The demon re-appears in present day New York and puts Roland under its spell, causing him to create a deadly mechanical vehicle for its destructive purposes.
S01:E08 - Home Is Where the Horror Is
The Extreme Ghostbusters try to rid a house of ghosts, only to learn that the house itself is a ghost. The Ghostbusters must defeat it before it feeds on two captured children and makes dessert of them.
S01:E09 - Killjoys
When the Extreme Ghostbusters go after evil ghost clown vampires who are terrorizing the hearts and minds of Manhattan, Eduardo becomes a clown vampire too.
S01:E10 - The Unseen
Eduardo loses his proton gun and Kylie helps him find it, much to her chagrin as she'd rather be busting the eye-stealing demon terrorizing the city.
S01:E11 - The Crawler
Capable of taking human form, the bug demon Cohila searches for a female host to be the Queen of his kingdom which will take over New York. Trying to get Egon to notice her, Janine accepts a date with Cohila and is chosen to be his Queen.
S01:E12 - The Ghostpiper of Manhattan
When the Extreme Ghostbusters can't seem to defeat an epidemic of pesky ghosts, the Mayor calls on a Pied Piper who claims he can rid the city of its demons. When the Piper is revealed to be a ghost himself, he lures the city's children into danger.
S01:E13 - Be Careful What You Wish For
A ghostly salesman arrives in Grand Central Station and twists people's hopes and dreams into terrifying incarnations. When Eduardo falls prey to the Salesman's spell the Extreme Ghostbusters must outsmart the ghost before he leaves town forever.
S01:E14 - Greased
As a gremlin sets out to destroy all communications, transportation and power companies throughout New York City, the EGBs unsuccessfully try to convince the authorities they have a ghost on their hands. Instead of being thanked, the EGBs are arrested and put on an airplane where they have a final confrontation with the gremlin and, at the last minute, manage to capture it.
S01:E15 - The Jersey Devil Made Me Do It
En route to a convention in Atlantic City, the EGBs are attacked by a legendary South Jersey demon and forced to defend a small town without any of their ghostbusting equipment.
S01:E16 - Dry Spell
The EGBs battle a ghost who travels through the water system of New York City, sucking all the water out of his victims.
S01:E17 - Sonic Youth
The Extreme Ghostbusters track down a Banshee whose destructive vocal power endangers the entire city. Their mission hits a snag when Roland comes under the spell of the Banshee's sister, Syren, a paranormal being who uses her identity as a rock singer to hypnotize listeners and drain away their youth.
S01:E18 - Ghost Apocalyptic Future
A temporal disturbance leads Kylie into the New York City of a fallen future, one where humanity's supremacy has been usurped by Paranormal Beings.
S01:E19 - Bird of Prey
When a drought threatens the livelihood of an Indian reservation, they reluctantly call upon the Thunderbird, a spirit which brings rain but also much fury. When the Thunderbird flies to New York City, a rash of extreme weather ensues and the EGBs must conquer the fury of this ancient Indian spirit.
S01:E20 - Seeds of Destruction
A seed containing an ancient Amazon spirit is inadvertently released in New York City and threatens to turn the entire city into a jungle if the EGBs don't stop it first. Is the spirit a benevolent protector of the rainforest, or a malicious demon bent on destroying humanity?
