S02:E06 - Sini Kufta

Today we're traveling around the world to show a Middle Eastern or Armenian favorite... Sini Kufta. Kufta are yummy and creative little meatballs, and very easy to assemble, when you make them in a tray or casserole like we're doing today, they're called Sini Kufta. The Middle Eastern culture fills their tables with healthy food, and Sini Kufta is a favorite of kids too. We are going to serve our Sini Kufta up today with Jajik, a cool yogurt and cucumber salad.
