Contestant will hang from a bar placed outside a 12th story window and drop by a descender line to the ground below. Each contestant will be asked to eat three sheep's eyes in three minutes. Each contestant is lowered by their feet head first into a water tank.

The contestant will fire a starter's pistol and run from an attack dog. The contestants will lie in a pit made up of faux rocks and burlap. A 6 and a half inch wide beam is suspended over 100 feet in the air.

The contestant stands on top of a moving semi truck jump and leaps approximately seven feet to the top of a second semi truck driving along side. One at a time each contestant will lie flat on their backs in a plexi-glass case and approximately 300,000 superworms will be placed into the case with them. Each contestant will be holding a paint ball gun and harnessed to a reverse bungee line.

Each contestant will be asked to eat two boiled buffalo testicles in 4 minutes. Each contestant will be harnessed and raised by crane to a release point at a 90 degree angle over 100 feet above the ground holding a sandbag to drop on a target. One at a time each contestant will sit in the front seat of a car as the car is lowered by crane to the same depth of water.

Each contestant will be dragged behind a horse while laying on their bellies and being pulled by a rope. One at a time each contestant will enter a elevator shaft where they will lie strapped to a board and covered by approximately 400 rats. One at a time each contestant will sit in the front seat of a car as the car is raised by crane over 100 feet in the air.

In a single breath the contestant will swim under the boat collecting glow sticks along the way. Each contestant will be asked to throw a dart and the score that they hit on the target will then become the number of crickets the contestant will have to eat. Each contestant will be harnessed and hung by their ankles and raised by crane to a release point 135 feet in the air.

Each contestant will climb a 35 foot power pole, they must stand on top. Each contestant will select a fortune cookie, each fortune is inscribed with a different pig part. The contestant stands on a skid at the back of a semi-truck, when the truck starts to move the contestant must then traverse the side of the semi-truck and then get to the roof of the semi-truck by using the climbing holds adorning the side of the truck.

The contestant will grab the skid of the helicopter and must pull themselves into the belly of the helicopter within 2 minutes. The number of pins that are left standing after the second ball is rolled represents the number of live beetles that each contestant will have to eat. The contestant has to climb on top of a rope that is over a hundred feet in the air.
