Junior sees a television ad for the toy guy, the Li’l Trooper Missile launcher. Larry Q. Von Zell, President of Plastique Toys, promises a 100% satisfaction guarantee in the advertisement. When Little Ben will not buy the gun for Junior -- he doesn’t want Junior to play with war toys. Junior decides to buy the Li’l Trooper for himself. Junior breaks into his bank but realizes he doesn’t have enough money and asks his grandfather Big Ben for the rest of the money. Big Ben refuses to give Junior the rest of the money and tells him to earn the money to buy it.
