The next morning, the investigation team gets a new case: an actress was found dead. While running this investigation detectives ignore Inga. Inga goes to the actress’ flat and there she meets a murderer, he was her old friend and a secret lover. He intends to kill Inga, but at the last moment, hearing the voice of an “electrician”, he flees. This gives time for the police to arrive at the case

An anonymous man offers Inga information about her fiancé Jerry, who disappeared in the catacombs 2 years ago. Inga goes to meet the man; Oleg follows her and saves from a car accident. Stepanych detective is absent at work. Shpak tells Mischenko Stepanych’s daughter disappeared. Strizhak is visited by an inspection crew to check Taran’s report. Inga tells Oleg about Yan (who is blackmailing her). Oleg promises to find the maniac. Next morning Oleg tells Strizhak about Yan and convinces him not to send Inga back to the US but to solve the case in Kyiv. In her car and cell phone, they find bugs installed by Yan. They decide not to touch them and give Inga a separate phone for emergency calls. Taran and Stepanych got back to work and their relation became better

A young politician is found shot. Probably he is assassinated, though it could be a simple robbery. It turns out the murderer is the victim’s friend from school. Her motive was to blackmail the man about and old and dirty criminal story. Detectives find nothing useful while checking Yan’s presents. Inga describes a supposed psychological portrait of Yan. She is going to provoke him to get evidence

A year later Dima`s brother did suicide, then their family moved to the US

A Chief of the police has killed, a few people are injured. The victim used to study with Oleg and was a brother of his ex-wife, Lisa. Lisa tries to flirt Oleg, but he does not show any interest in her. Inga a little jealous, she is acting very cold to Oleg, and it is obvious to everyone. Shpak has a nervous breakdown and takes a few days to rest. Taran assumes his duties, and their relations improve.
