The three maiden sisters make their appearance. Yuzu Hieda is somewhat reluctant to take on the role of priestess.

There is confusion and trouble at the school Entrance Ceremony. When her childhood love, Tadahiro, returns, Yuzu discovers that dark forces have a great interest in him.

The Shrine Committee is formed. Yuzu is recruited to gather fellow students into a "Miko Council" to fight off a full-scale mystic assault.

The Shrine Maiden Committee is now looking for applicants, and Yuzu leads the search. The Shrine must be protected…but also her childhood love.

The Priestess Council meets to discuss the protection of the Shrine. The priestesses gear up to master battle skills.

Under the supervision of Yuzu's elder sister Kurako, the young priestesses must undergo months of training. The maidens have talismans that focus their powers, used when attacking the dark forces.

Shamanic enlightenment will keep the spirit world in balance. Even as the the maidens learn to recognize and assess the spirituality of their daunting task, the mastery of the talismans (spears, daggers, magic wands, etc.) must be accomplished.

The goals of Yagarena, the Dark God, are revealed. He wishes to plunge Japan into darkness and has the power to summon demons.

The cat is on the prowl. She normally appears as an ordinary black cat but can take human and cat-woman forms to fight.

Once again the priestesses meet to discuss the safety of the Shrine. A discussion must be held to assess what measures can be taken against the dark gods.

Tadahiro and Yuzu have been carrying a torch for each other for years. Tadahiro has the power to see the spirit world through his left eye. No wonder the demons are out to get him.

A ghost story stirs the imagination of the priestesses.

The new school year brings a dark, new priestess club. Instead of fighting the forces of evil, these priestesses are devoted to awakening the Demon Lord.

Izumi Sakibara is a bespectacled girl who is obsessed with UFOs and aliens. She is convinced there is a connection between UFOs and the demon invasion.
