Gordon visits the Cambridge Hotel, New York, where ex-military man John Imhof and his wife, Tina, own and run the allegedly haunted Cambridge Hotel. General John runs the hotel like a dictatorship, an approach that’s driving the staff crazy.

Gordon visits The Keating, a “luxury” boutique hotel in San Diego, CA. The Keating’s supercar-obsessed owner, Eddie Kaen, has blown millions designing the hotel to look like an Italian sports car, but neglected to spend money on things the guests need.

Gordon Ramsay checks in to the Juniper Hill Inn in Windsor, VT, a place that looks like a million dollars but smells of raw sewage. He meets the inn’s wealthy and arrogant owner, Robert Dean II, and uncovers his shocking treatment of his staff.

It’s Gordon’s greatest challenge to date, as he continues to uncover problem after problem at Vermont’s Juniper Hill Inn. Gordon feels he has no choice but to do something he’s never done before. Abandon ship.
