Kyle enters the Pacific Rim Hotel and visits the amazing Botanist cocktail bar. Kyle then explores the Latin-inspired Cocktail Bar Tocador, a bright tropical getaway.

While in Calgary Kyle drops by The Dark Arts cocktail bar a creative place that offers eccentric, fun and elaborate cocktails. Kyle then visits Shokunin, a Japanese Restaurant.
S01:E06 - Dear Friend & the Ostrich Club (Halifax & Dartmouth)
Kyle travels to Nova Scotia to visit two cocktail bars: Dear Friend in Dartmouth and the art deco setting of the Ostrich Club across the harbour in Halifax.
