Chuck is eager to help out around the truck stop but he may need a little support from his friends. Looking to avoid a future breakdown, Chuck exercises to the extreme.

Chuck accidentally breaks an important piece of his Mom's equipment and struggles to replace it before she finds out. Frustrated by his small size, Chuck experiments with a number of ways to transform himself into a larger truck.

When Chuck gets nervous about a trip to the mechanic's, his friends do their best to hide him. Eager to try out a new half-pipe, Chuck races through his chores and does a poor job.

Chuck and friends dig a deep hole looking for treasure and accidentally get themselves stuck at the bottom! When the gang decides to make their own movie, Chuck wants to do it all by himself.

Inspired by Johnny Cool, a rock ‘n roll tour bus, Chuck and friends decide to start a band. Detective Chuck is on the case for Rowdy's missing horn and all clues point to Soku!

Chuck has an extra ticket to the "Famous Trucks of History" show and faces the challenge of having to choose only one friend to bring. Chuck and friends compete in a series of events to see who will win a giant trophy.

When Chuck encounters a pothole on the track, he tries to cover it up instead of fixing it properly. Chuck plans the perfect party for his brother's homecoming.

Buck, Chuck's younger cousin, comes for a visit and Chuck is in charge of watching him. When the gang plans a campout, Chuck recommends a practice run to make sure they won't get scared.

After a meteor shower, Chuck is on the look-out for aliens as he investigates strange tracks around the garage. Chuck and friends meet Badly, a TV show villain, and try to keep him from causing trouble at the truck stop.

Chuck and friends try to stay up late to welcome in the New Year. It's Christmastime at the truck stop and Boomer admits that he wants to be a snowplow when he grows up.

After breaking a gasket, Chuck begins "sleep-driving" and Digger has to make sure he stays safe. Chuck-Atomic, Chuck's superhero alter-ego, drives around the truck stop assisting those in need.

Chuck and friends get a treasure map and go exploring in search of the "Lost Hubcap of Gold". Chuck receives a shiny new hood ornament and does his best to keep it clean while playing with his friends.

Looking for attention, Chuck borrows Rally's big new racing wheels but can't control them! They then decide to surprise Haulie by planting flowers and trees around the repair shop.

Chuck and friends dare each other into performing tricks and stunts around the parts yard. Rally's Coach comes to the truck stop and gives Chuck a chance to show him what he's got.

The boys race against one another to try and win a radio contest. In a racing slump, Rally heads home and Chuck is determined to help his brother regain his confidence.

Feeling underappreciated, Biggs begins to mimic Chuck in an attempt to gain the respect of the group despite being sick.

After hearing sea stories from Salty Saul, Chuck and friends head to the parts yard to build a boat. Chuck and friends open their own business but cannot decide what to make.
