Scottio starts his first day of training with Kofi. Tension runs high as Kofi pushes Scottio to the brink of exhaustion. Their friendship is put to the test.

Kofi sets up a training session for Scottio to train with Dolph Lundgren’s stunt double, Tony Messenger. Tony pushes Scottio to pure exhaustion.

Scottio has the opportunity to train with stunt coordinator Travis Wong and his stunt team. Travis produces an action previz for Scottio.

Back to the karate dojo to do a 2nd workout with Tony Messenger. Scottio partners up with Kofi’s cousin Shaun Elam to learn how to fight for the camera.
