Lucifer escapes from jail with the aid of his Invisible Ray Machine. Dick Tracy recognizes the getaway car and pursues.

The Ghost forces Trent to surrender his secret machine tool plans. Dick Tracy, suspecting the Ghost is about to strike, rushes to Trent’s home.

Lucifer steals Brewster’s aerial torpedo from a detachment of Marines. Dick Tracy and Bill Carr arrive too late to stop the robbery.

The Ghost and Lucifer elude Tracy at their headquarters. Dick Tracy follows Corey, who attempts to escape by automobile.
