Dick Tracy Returns

Kid Stark is sentence to die for the murder of Special Agent Ron Merton. Pa Stark and his four remaining sons start to operate a hot car racket.

Pa Stark attempts to steal the radio control from an army tank at Perlita Junction. Trigger Stark helps the gang escape capture by Tracy and FBI agents. Steve Lockwood is captured.

Pa Stark demands $50,000 from Doctor Worthing to prevent the destruction of a new 200 inch lens. Champ stark set a time bomb to turn off under the lens tower when the demand is refused.

Steve Lockwood traces the plane in which the Stark boys escaped to the Carston Aircraft Corporation. Pa Stark, with the aid of Brand, a crooked test pilot, is stealing government plans.

Pa Stark enlists the aid of Carston in an effort to trap Dick Tracy. Carson sends a dummy motor in the truck which Tracy is to follow.

Pa Stark delivers the stolen government motors to the fertiliser plant. Steve Lockwood and the FBI agents attempt to capture the Starks.

Pa Stark plans the destruction of the Riviera Dam to block the Trendall truck route. Champ Stark plants several cases of dynamite in one of the Trendall trucks.

Pa Stark hits up a plan which he believes will eliminate Dick Tracy. Slasher hires The Duke to leave a briefcase containing a bomb in Dick Tracy's office.

Pa Stark plans to rob the Block Jewelry Company from a room above the vault. Champ stark steals an electric torch to be used in entering the vault.

Pa Stark and his three sons escape from Dick Tracy at the Block Jewelry Company vault. Steve Lockwood captures an wounded member of the Stark gang after the battle.

Dude Stark is killed during a fight in the escaping ambulance. Pa Stark and the remaining boys steal a new naval torpedo boat. Steve Lockwood learns that the torpedo boat is hidden.

Pa Stark wounds foreign agent Kruger when he fails to buy the torpedo boat. Gwen learns that Krueger wants to talk to Dick Tracy.

Champ Stark and his father escape from Steve and Tracy in the cellar. Junior hides in the car the Starks use for their escape. Pa Stark offers to exchange Junior for Dick Tracy.

Stark double crosses Tracy by keeping Junior. Junior overhears Stark's plan to blow up the rescuing G-men. Junior escapes and warns the G-men in the nick of time.
