PJ examines Mrs. Komolofe, a supposedly pious 56-year-old widow who happens to be pregnant.

PJ loses her first patient and feels responsible to the point that it nearly breaks her.

PJ and Jasmine are on call. It’s chaotic. They have to deliver a baby without electricity.

It’s PJ’s birthday and there’s a small party at her flat. She doesn’t invite Rotimi. Sesan, urged by Nurse Chinwe, goes all out with a grand gesture.

The gang tries to solve the mystery of a patient who has been urinating blood. Rotimi and Nurse Chinwe have an argument.

A thirteen-year-old boy, is brought into the hospital. He looks bruised and battered. The gang have a heated discussion about the lines between discipline and child abuse.

PJ assists Dr. Chuks on an HIV patient’s appendectomy. Rotimi confides in PJ about his personal life.

At the lab with Sesan, PJ does a rapid HIV test, it is negative. The gang diagnoses and treats a 72-year-old woman.

PJ and Rotimi have some alone time and he asks to take her out to dinner. In a flashback scene, PJ updates Dr. Opeyemi on the goings-on of her life.

Jasmine's dental house officer friend comes to hang out in the call room. PJ isn’t particularly a fan.

Nurse Chinwe has been in a deadly accident and requires minor surgery but there are no surgeons on deck. Rotimi and PJ perform the procedure.

A nearby school building has collapsed and the emergency room is in organized chaos. All hands are on deck as the staff scramble.
