Archie Bunker's Place

Veronica and the other employees of the bar are out in the cold after they stage a wildcat strike to protest Archie's refusal to let them unionize. But while the employees picket in the snow, the temperature inside keeps rising as Archie and Murray try to run the entire operation themselves.
