The Drew Carey Show

Drew learns that one of the Winfred-Louder's owners wants to fire everyone, demolish the store and build a parking lot. Drew is the only employee he plans to retain. Instead of remaining silent and taking a promotion, Drew rallies his coworkers to save the store and their jobs. His efforts climax in an elaborate and inspirational song-and-dance rendition of "Brotherhood of Man" from the Broadway musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.
