As Drew's spirit floats up to heaven, Drew meets the soul of his nephew floating down to inhabit Mimi's baby. Drew makes the baby afraid of Mimi, and suddenly she experiences complications during labor. To prove to the baby's spirit that Mimi will be a good mother Drew occupies the body of Mimi's baby and is born, breastfeeds from Mimi and is circumcised. But he shows Mimi will always love and protect her child, realizes he misses his friends and returns to his own body.
