He explains that being rich "means you never get to finish your homework."Sky Hook Ozone, a petty criminal, steals Professor Keenbean's new invention, Sky Hook — a powerful airplane, with plans to use it to rob banks. Richie and the professor work together to capture the crook and deliver him to prison.
