A kaiju appeared at a construction site deep in the mountains. Soon after, it suddenly died! Ayumu and Yuta go to investigate in the mountains.

Sorato heads to a quiet rural town. There, he encounters Miko, a young girl who shares her life with a giant serpent that eats steel.

Kosei and Sorato are about to head out fishing, but Ayumu contacts them about a kaiju. A clash leads to a fight between Sorato and Kosei...

Kosei unearths a mysterious stone. At that moment, dark clouds gather, and a kaiju enveloped in cold air appears from the sky.
