This is a perfect buttocks lifting workout that you can do at home. Keep your glutes tight and lifted, or improve the appearance of your backside by adding ankle weight exercises to your lower body workout. For best results, do this workout 2-3 times a week on nonconsecutive days. Start with light weights and increase them as you get stronger. Although ankle weights are lightweight, the additional resistance may be the kick in the butt you need to challenge your glutes to get stimulated.
