Inspector Graeme Petty discovers two very dirty Shih Tzus abandoned in a filthy house. Last year Inspector Miranda Albinson discovered two skinny Newfoundlands starving in cages. We catch-up with these gentle giants in their new home. With RSPCA archive footage we reveal a shocking discovery of kennels, where animals have been left for dead. We meet the owners of lucky survivor Winston the Golden Retriever.
