It's winter in Winnipeg and the family must work even harder to keep the cars running. Meagan is homesick for Louisiana. Doug tries to cheer her up by taking her on a romantic date to the car wash.

There's a backlog of cars waiting to be serviced and to make matters worse the company phones are down. Andrew is hoping a visit from his girlfriend will alleviate some of his stress - as long as Doug will give him time off.
