Regan interviews every employee at Richter Roth named Isaac, hoping to find the person behind the Richter rumors. Katri takes her plea to the next level. In Dubai, Sid's partner asks him how he knows Isaac.

A first glimpse of Leo Richter and his whereabouts. A British young man, Noah, believes he can create a perfect society. Katri is in trouble.

Conflicting information abounds as Billy the Blogger reveals then retracts Richter's whereabouts. Noah believes the contest is a hoax meanwhile Imran the ex-gangster is given an assignment that could make him heir to Richter's fortune.
