S01:E01 - Episode 1
In the season Premiere of My Design Rules, we meet our three competing design duos we also meet the show’s esteemed judges. The duos also get to explore the white box apartments that they will design, for the first time.
S01:E02 - Episode 2
Our design duos meet their clients, editors of some of South Africa's top design magazines. They also get briefed on their first challenge, it's a double challenge, they have to decorate both spare rooms in the next two weeks, only one can be a bedroom.
S01:E03 - Episode 3
It is deadline day for the spare room challenge, the design duo’s rush around doing their finishing touches. But will they finish in time. Also who will be crowned as the winners of challenge one by our panel of judges.
S01:E04 - Episode 4
The contestants get briefed on their second challenge, and it is another double challenge, this time they have to design and decorate both bathrooms. Each duo also collaborates with a local designer as part of their challenge.
S01:E05 - Episode 5
It is deadline day for the bathroom challenge, and things are tense, will all three duos finish this mammoth challenge in time. Also who will be crowned as the winners of challenge two by our panel of judges.
S01:E06 - Episode 6
The contestants get briefed on their third challenge, everyone is relieved that they only need to decorate one room in this challenge, but it is one of the most important rooms in a home, the master bedroom.
S01:E07 - Episode 7
It is deadline day for the master bedroom challenge, one of the duo’s is cutting it very fine, while the others are comfortably done with their rooms. Also who will be crowned as the winners of challenge three by our panel of judges.
S01:E08 - Episode 8
It is time for our duos’ clients to check their progress, and provide some feedback and suggestions for the rest of the challenges. Also contestants get briefed on their fourth challenge, this time they have to design and decorate the Kitchen.
S01:E09 - Episode 9
It is deadline day for the kitchen challenge, a disaster befalls one of our duos, will they be able to overcome this in time, the other two duos are also rushing to finish. Who will be crowned as the winners of challenge four by our panel of judges.
S01:E10 - Episode 10
The contestants get briefed on their fifth and last challenge, but it is a big one, they have to decorate the living room as well as the patio and remaining nooks, Each duo also collaborates with a local designer as part of their challenge.
S01:E11 - Episode 11
It is deadline day for the final challenge, the duo’s are rushing around to make sure they implement all their ideas. But will they finish in time and who will be crowned as the winners of the final challenge by our panel of judges.
S01:E12 - Episode 12
In this festive episode the duo’s get a chance to do some changes or fixes to all of their rooms, before the panel of judges including a familiar guest judge stay in their apartments for the night to get a sense of how livable the designs are.
S01:E13 - Episode 13
In the grand finale of My Design Rules, we recap the journey with our three duos and the judges. Then it is the big moment, the winner of My design Rules is announced. Who will it be?
