After fourteen years at home raising the kids, Em Butler decides it's time to go back to work, prompting her husband Greg to question whether he even likes his job.

Greg and Em go on their first date night since switching roles but despite their best efforts to be romantic, gripes about the demarcation of domestic responsibilities bubble to the surface.
