Future Card Buddy Fight

When Gao Mikado opens a card package during writing class he gets a Buddy Rare Card called Drum Bunker Dragon. Gao and Drum Buddy up and get ready for Future Card battles!

With the help of Baku Omori, a deck builder, and data analyst, Kuguru Uki, Gao gets a deck which he can fight with called "Dragon Blast Fury". At the prestigious fighting stage of Aibo Academy, Gao takes on Tasuku and his Buddy Monster, Jackknife Dragon.

Forced to find a practice partner, Gao picks an unlikely opponent for his next Buddyfight. During the battle, an unexpected Buddy Monster arrives leaving everyone spellbound. Later, Gao upsets Drum and he threatens to reject Gao as his Buddy for good.

Gao’s new friend, Kiri, learns about Buddyfighting, and takes part in an electrifying training session. Drum forgives Gao and helps him out of a tricky situation. The mysterious Buddyfighter Rouga reveals a dark power that may change Buddyfighting forever.

Gao wanders off from his class during a fieldtrip and discovers something amazing. Drum learns that he can’t win every battle. Tasuku Ryuenji clashes with the villainous Buddyfighter Wolf, and realizes he needs some top-secret, Buddy Police technology.

Rouga’s thirst for revenge takes him down an unexpected path. Baku puts his faith in Gao, and offers him a special gift. Gao temporarily loses sight of who he really is and takes an obsession too far without considering the consequences of his actions.

The annual Buddyfight tournament is approaching, and it has everyone buzzing. Noboru meets an unexpected ally. Tetsuya gets some creative help when he needs it most. And a tense disagreement between Gao and Baku leaves Koguru trying and pick up the pieces.

Shido and Sophia are plotting something bad. Gao’s success in the Buddyfight arena is attracting negative attention from some middle school students. The A.B.C. Cup qualifying round gets underway and there’s a surprising team moving on to the main event.

Gao refuses help from Baku and Kuguru. Gao uses Drum’s keen sense of smell to track down a card thief and then challenges him to a Buddyfight. During the battle, Gao is forced to try something new, which teaches him a valuable lesson about friendship.

While everyone’s at the Aibo Buddy Cup bash, Noboru’s busy at Buddy Police H.Q. learning about Tasuku’s challenging past. Conflicted about his buddyfight future, Noboru is faced with a difficult challenge that eventually helps set him on a happier path.

The A.B.C. Cup finally gets underway, but not before the principals of the elementary and middle schools get into a heated discussion. Gao and his team Balle du Soleil are drawn in the first match against the middle school, but where is their opponent?

Gao’s recruited by the Seifukai. Shido’s up to no good, working secretly behind the scenes to increase his chances of winning the A.B.C. Cup. The second match of the tournament begins, pitting all-out strength against the time-honored art of ninja warfare.

The fourth and final match of the A.B.C. Cup’s first round gets underway between Jin and Tetsuya. Meanwhile, Tasuku and Jackknife have an out-of-this-world experience. And Shido is under pressure to find a replacement for Rouga and his powers of darkness.

The gang finds out some upsetting news about Noboru just before his A.B.C. Cup semifinal match against Gao. Angry and confused, Gao gives Noboru a piece of his mind during their heated battle, and we learn how the fighters really feel about each other.

Zanya and Jin put it all on the line in a Katana World semifinal showdown hoping to advance to the A.B.C. Cup main event. Gao and the gang search for Akatsuki, as he may hold a clue to Genma and Doai’s whereabouts. Sophia reveals a dark truth about herself.

The A.B.C. Cup Final gets underway! Gao has a special surprise up his sleeve for his opponent Zanya, but it might just throw the whole tournament out of whack! Meanwhile, the gang goes searching for Genma and finds some assistance from an unlikely source.
