This is a full body cardio kickboxing routine that will help you build strength and sculpt your entire body, in addition to pumping up your heart rate and burning calories. It's a bodyweight routine, but light weights may be used for some exercises to take it up a notch. If you're using weights, 1-3 lbs should do the trick. You can also use cans, water bottles, or any other weighted substitute.
