Saya and the others check in at a hotel where they were supposed to meet up with others. While David and others were out doing some research, Riku comes down with a fever. Saya stays with Riku and takes care of him. Liza questions Saya about her true intention to fight the chiropterans. Why does she kill chiroteprans? Is she not getting others involved in the battles by killing chiroteprans? What is the meaning of the dream she had in Vienam? What about the dream in the Russian tundra? Liza says something very shocking to Saya, when she is not able to answer any of the questions.
