Jason gets adventurous in Adelaide. We will learn to make our own blend of wine at Penfolds, while also taking in breathtaking views as we glide over Barossa in a hot-air balloon.

Jason continues his Australian expedition along historic Hahndorf Main Street as he explores Adelaide's Central Market and the Adelaide Festival Centre.
