Janelle is throwing a "(trans)gender reveal" party and wants to start hormone therapy. Dr. Massarella believes she should tackle her fertility issues before proceeding further.
T01:C03 - S01:E03 - Cole's Story
Cole meets with Dr. Massarella to learn about his options for top surgery before revealing his new body with a luau-themed pool party.
T01:C04 - S01:E04 - Aliyah's Story
Aliyah consults with Dr. Massarella to prepare for her vaginoplasty. Having gone through with the surgery, it is time for Aliyah to celebrate the completion of her transition.
