While Admiral Malkor recharges his powers in his cocoon, Vrak seizes the opportunity to utilize his army.

Metal Alice plots to literally derail the city by destroying the railway control systems.

Admiral Malkor decides to confront the Rangers himself since Vrak hasn't been able to defeat them.
