Corey fires the Marine Laboratory to destroy the Record of the Ghosts sound. Dick Tracy rescues June and reenters the burning building to get the record.

Lucifer steals Brewster’s aerial torpedo from a detachment of Marines. Dick Tracy and Bill Carr arrive too late to stop the robbery.

The Ghost forces Brewster to give him the combination to the Plant safe. Dick Tracy and Bill Carr try to stop the Ghost from getting the model torpedo.

The Ghost and Lucifer elude Tracy at their headquarters. Dick Tracy follows Corey, who attempts to escape by automobile.
