Slappy Squirrel awakens to find that her tree house is now "The Christmas Tree" at "Rockyfellow" Center. Then, in "Punchline (Chicken Part 1)," the entire cast of "Animaniacs" appears on the television news program "Punchline." Next, Katie Ka-Boom becomes upset as she tries to negotiate a mutually acceptable curfew for "Prom Night" with her father. Meanwhile, in "Punchline (Chicken Part 2)," news anchor Ted Foppel learns firsthand the answer to the enduring dilemma "Which cam first: the chicken or the egg?"
