Ride Time is expanding by customizing trucks and searching for a new property. There's a crisis as dealer plates go missing around the city. Andrew unwisely brings a date to a family BBQ.

Doug and Andrew try to motivate their employees by filling their buckets with positivity. Evelyn has a better idea of a surprise trip to Las Vegas full of team-building activities. But will the family stop partying long enough to participate?
