Herbs are on the menu tonight in the first rapid cook-off of the MY KITCHEN RULES competition. One team has already won the People’s Choice award, earning them safety from elimination; while the weakest team has been condemned to the first sudden death cook-off. Tonight, the remaining teams must cook at Kitchen Headquarters for the first time where the judges have a few tricks up their sleeve. Who will rise to the challenge? And who will miss the mark? The team with the least impressive dish will go to the sudden death cook-off.
