My Kitchen Rules

Our teams enter Kitchen Headquarters to cook for the very first time tonight on MY KITCHEN RULES. The weakest group from Sunday’s food truck restaurant will face off against either other in a fierce kitchen showdown. There’s a surprise jury on hand as the pressure mounts on our teams battling for survival. Five teams race against the clock in a meat and three veg challenge. Two teams will be safe, and the lowest three must cook again in a showdown leaving one team fighting for their spot in a Sudden Death cook-off.
