In episode 1 of Duncan's Thai Kitchen, Duncan travels to the white sandy beaches that line the gulf of Thailand, and visit the bustling night markets in Hua Hin and Chantaburi.
S01:E02 - An Endless City
After travelling north to Bangkok, Duncan cooks a roasted red duck curry at a Royal residence before taking to the streets to cook some of famous street food.
S01:E03 - Going Organic
Travelling east from Bangkok, Duncan travels to the floating markets at Samut Songkhram to have boat Noodles before heading to the Organic farms in Nakhom Pathom.

S01:E07 - The Temple Town
Duncan visits the mighty Mekong River to cook a wild chicken curry by the Moonlight Waterfalls before heading to the industrial city of Khon Khean.
S01:E08 - Lotus Kingdom
In this episode Duncan travels to Udon Thani at the great Lotus Lake, where he pulls fresh lotus flowers from the water to make yum dok mai and then travels to the city centre to eat one of Thailand's delicacies.
S01:E09 - Rivers to the Rainforest
Duncan picks Blue butterfly pea from an Organic farm in the rainforest before cooking steamed fish in coconut under a tropical canopy.
S01:E10 - The Ancient Kingdom
Episode 10 takes Duncan to visit the Ancient city of Sukhothai where he cooks a traditional river fish, fried rice in front of this magnificent 800 year old backdrop.
S01:E11 - Where the Forests Touch Heaven
In this Blockbuster episode, Duncan travels to the energetic city of Chiang Mai where he cooks with the Thai Ambassador to Australia in the high mountains of Doi Ang Khang at the king's royal project.
S01:E12 - Thailand Comes Back Home
In this final episode of Duncan's Thai Kitchen, we see how Duncan brings the flavours of Thailand back home with visits to local markets to find all of the ingredients you may not have known we have here.
