Don runs a bicycle workshop. He Don runs a bicycle workshop. He does the repair works very efficiently. But, every time he does work Charly, Marly and Larry cause trouble by taking away the repair materials or by making the tools and machines dysfunctional or non-functioning. Don is the driver in a transport bus and Colonel, the conductor. Lot of passengers enter the bus. But the engine fails to start due to the mischiefs done by the mice. Somehow the engine functions and the journey start after the mice were locked up in Col's bag. But they escape and continue their mischief. Their mischief reaches to the extent that they ate up Lady Hippo's tiffin and get beaten up.

As usual mice are upto their mischief. They are enjoying party inside Don's fridge. The whole room shakes and they find that the construction of a pool is going on. Don has planned it to be in rectangular shape. Mice disturbs Colonel and Don. But finally, the pool is constructed and mice also enjoys swimming along with Don and Colonel

Colonel and Don have a coffee shop near waterfall. The mice take away the food items kept for the customers. They also cause trouble while Don takes photos of tourists. Larry and Marly acts like they were drowning while hiding the swim tubes. Col and Don jumps into water to save them but gets drowned. Mice saves them by giving swim tubes. At the end mice serves and Col and Don have coffee.

Don runs a detective agency. He tracks lost valuables. A lost necklace was found from Don's cupboard and he was smashed by the lady. Mice play the tricks on Don. But in the end, Don discovers a Treasure Chest, though accidently and becomes the day's hero.

Don is reading a book while mice are disturbing him. They fire crackers and Don's ears get damaged and becomes very sensitive to even very small sounds. So, mice started disturbing more. They keep big speakers and plays music. The big sound cures Don and at the same time it damages mice's ears.

Colonel's phone rings and he attends it. Soon he starts crying. He shares his army stories to Don and the mice. He tells about his master "The Major". He had died in a mishap in Army. Colonel receives a parcel on which it was written Major. A cute pup was in the parcel. Colonel gives him all facilities and Don and mice are stunned.

Mice opens Colonel's fridge to find it empty. Colonel and Don blames them for eating off the things in the fridge. Mice tells they were innocent. They fill things in the fridge and in night Colonel stands guard. But he sleeps off. The little pup comes in the night and eats everything. Just then Don brings in the album of young Colonel who in all snaps seems to be eating.

Colonel, Don, pup and mice reache Kerala and are enjoying the beauty of backwaters. Mice steal the dog's luxury houseboat tickets and replaces it with a tiny boat's tickets. Later Colonel, Don and the pup participate in an eating competition and the pup's wins. Stay in a houseboat was the prize.

A rocket is flying towards the moon. Colonel and Don is controlling it. Mice are also inside the rocket and eat all the eatables that are carried and they make all sort of mischief. But finally the rocket is heading towards the moon and the mice are being tied on a rope and is being dragged along with the rocket's movement.

Don is running a tea stall "DON"S TEA STALL". Many tourists come over to the stall. Seeing this the mice cuts a hole on the teapot with laser gun and take away all the snacks and they set up a tea stall "MICE BROTHER TEA STALL" across the road. All the tourists have tea from there. Later when they come Don and Col keeps all fake things and mice grab all the fake things which hurt the tourists and finally mice get beaten up by the tourists.

Don and Mice attends pottery classes. After the classes a Creative Pottery exhibition was organized. Don made many pottery works for the exhibition while mice didn't have any. So they brought a big rope and tied it on Don's legs and some flower vases and pots. When they move many of the pottery works fall and get destroyed. It was Lady Hippo's vases and she smashes them. Mice replace their name tag instead of Don's and get the first prize. And the prize was Order for 1000 new pots.

Don is overweight. Colonel and Major prepare a diet and exercise chart for Don. With the help of a mind control device, the mice control Don and he reaches the North Pole. There he finds the best mouse hunter and he brings him to his home while Colonel and Major was moaning over Don's disappearance. The mouse hunter starts to chase the mice.

There is a carnival in town .Colonel, Don, Major and the mice go for the carnival. Mice try to play tricks on the Dogs as usual. But finally mice were caught by the dogs and they started a stall called Dogge Brothers Fun place.

Don is wearing a new dress. Everyone is trying to put color on Don. But everytime he keeps his umbrella as a shield. Don hides in bathroom and the mice fill it with water. Don falls in the water and get soaked. He decides to fight back. Both Dogs and mice tries to put color on the other team.

Don opens a chewing gum wrapper and is about to put the chewing gum into his mouth when Larry snatches it away. Don keeps a fake chewing gum in his bedroom and the mice takes it away. Mice plays many tricks against Don. At last, Don take revenge.

Stunt Master competition is going on. Colonel and Don wait for their turn while some others are performing. Mice gets 100 points. Doggy Brothers get 500 points. Others get lesser points. Hence final is between mice brothers and Doggy brothers. In final in spite of mice's tricks Colonel, Don and Major wins the cup.

Don gets an invitation for a party. Mice also sees the invitation party. Mice had only moth-eaten and threadbare clothes. They cut off a part from Don's jeans and wears a pair for jeans made from leg of Don's jeans. Don come in a cowboy outfit with torn jeans being stitched with leather patch. Mice found that their dresses were not as good as Don's .So they tried various tricks at Don. But at the end they become friendly and Don stitches Hawaiian shirts and pants for all of them .

Don come across an advt."Good Interior Designer Required".Colonel and Don goes to the client Rox.After doing many sketches at last,Rox is impressed with the last sketch of Don.By that time mice had finished off the sweets and other items kept by Rox's wife.Mice disturbs Don at every point of time while he does his work. Finally Don had designed the house beautifully and Rox was pleased. Mice handover a remote to Rox and he presses the button and house explodes for mice had kept dynamite.

It is summer. Don is sweating. Don takes cola from fridge and drinks. He finds the mice inside ice cubes and throw it out. When Don comes to take bath in bath tub, mice were swimming in it. Don pours hot water in it.Don finds mice enjoying swimming in the water tank.Their mischief continued. In disguise of presenting a gift mice and Don exchanges their damaged fridge to Rox. In consequence, they all had to work for Rox.

Don works at the supermarket. Rox is the manager. Rox orders Don to get work Don in the supermarket. The mice brothers are eating away the food in the Supermarket. Don is asked to manage the cash register. Three mice with Hats and mustache try to rob the cash register but Don hit them thinking they are the three mice brothers. Major the Cop shows them that the three mice caught by Don are fugitives. A journalist walks into the supermarket to take a picture. Rox, Don and the three mice pose for the picture in the end.
