It’s not T-Bone’s day today, and when Principle Whipsaw announces that its time for the Annual Citizenship Award, T-Bone takes it upon himself to be the best citizen in town. Rochelle however has the same idea, helping every citizen in Rockville that she can. T-Bone once again manages to make an idiot out of himself in an attempt to boycott her efforts, and when T-Bone apologies to the people of Rockville he brings on a whole wave of other problems…much to his and Rochelle’s annoyance.
