Happy, Texas

While driving a stolen Winnebago, two escaped convicts are mistaken as consultants to the "Little Miss Fresh-Squeezed Pre-Teen" beauty pageant in the town of Happy, Texas. Not ones to let a good con pass them by, the pair masquerade as lovers Harry and Wayne, the couple orchestrating the pageant. But while trying to teach Happy's Junior Misses to win, the two run up against some trouble.
