It’s election time in Dogtown and longtime Mayor Jack Russel has his nose fixed on a fourth term. But when Jack’s goofy son Bob and his best bud Chester offer to help with the campaign, Jack sends them off chasing a lost Frisbee to get rid of the troublesome duo. On the quest to find the lost Frisbee, Bob and Chester unwittingly discover a plot to smear Jack’s good name and snatch Dogtown’s mayoral race away from him. As the two delve deeper into the plot, they discover Barney Lockjaw plans to take over Dogtown and plow through the junkyard to create a post office filled with postmen — a dog’s worst nightmare!
