Mike believes Miro is running money through Katyas company and is involved in a gang war with the Chinese. When he informs Eva of Miros hand in the McHalphie murders, she divulges that Katya knew about his dealings and threatened to out him. When the police come by and take Miros computer for a forensic audit, Eva begs Mike to return it before Miro finds out. But when the police freeze his accounts, Miro learns he is a suspect in Katyas death and begins to wonder if Ivan is setting him up
