Billy, Jacob and Rae are childhood friends living on the streets with a group of other displaced teens. Billy, their self-designated leader, bears the cross of being HIV-positive, and develops a twisted game to test the others loyalty and spread his disease across the city. Jacob and Rae must decide what they are willing to do to protect their makeshift family.
