Earth Angel

Teenager and prom queen Angela only wants to party, giving no thought to her future. After falling for her tutor, Wayne, and hoping to turn over a new leaf, Angela asks him to be her date to the prom. Her boyfriend, Duke, forces her to accompany him after he learns of the news, and the couple gets into an accident from which Angela doesn't emerge alive. Angela unexpectedly finds herself stuck in purgatory. When a familiar departed guidance counselor informs Angela that she hasn't done what it takes to enter heaven, she must return to Earth in order to perform the perfect deed that'll earn her her keep.
