When Tara overhears Phil tell Ben marriage is "like a coffin", she dares him to propose. Knowing that shell say no, Phil does exactly that -- only to be surprised with a "yes". The answer forces Phil to re-examine his relationship -- what exactly does Tara want? But when Phil finds out Tara is only testing him and plans to say "no" at the civil service, he switches gears.
