Lola is everso, extremely excited because Christmas is coming and they are taking it in turns to open the advent calendar, After 24 days of hiccups and happy preparations, Christmas carolling and making things...everything looks set for the perfect Christmas until Lola discovers that there is no door for Christmas Day! Christmas has completely disappeared and definitely is not going to happen! Desperate to find out what is going on Charlie and Lola scramble inside their advent calendar and confirm their worst fears. Christmas has indeed ground to a halt. Father Christmas's helpers, the elves, have run out of wrapping paper. It's a total disaster! Or is it? Of course it's not!
