Ghetto Justice

A police officer wrongly accuses LAI MUK-GAN of letting his dog foul in public places. LAW LIK-AH, his neighbor who is a barrister, goes up to his help. But because of AH’s unkempt appearance, the police officer refuses to believe that he is a lawyer. AH leaves in no time while getting an emergency call from a social worker, TING KA-FU.
