When Polly wakes up with that same queasy feeling that she has had three times before, Mac agrees that she should see her doctor. With the final results 48 hours away, Mac's excitement grows stronger with the thought that he may soon have a son! He gives fatherhood a trial run with Lt. Holowachuk’s nephew, Junior. Lt. Holowachuk is amazed when Mac shows Junior his office, takes him around the base…and generally enjoys himself with the lad. Meanwhile, Elizabeth and Robin point out that the odds are Mac's first child may be a girl, and Polly is going through emotional swings about the pluses and minuses of having another baby.
