Mutated H5N1 is discovered in Hong Kong and everybody in the healthcare sector is very nervous. Doctor YEUNG PUI-CHUNG adores his good friend Doctor KAN CHING-CHING but CHING-CHING suddenly resigned last year. Two of his good friends persuade him to let go but PUI-CHUNG continues to buy daily commodities for CHING-CHING. The patient Grandma HA TUNG-MUI starts a quarrel with Doctor HUNG MEI-SUET for MEI-SUET takes away her chocolates before surgery. Doctor CHEUNG YAT-KIN helps her to settle the problem. On the wedding day of male head nurse LUI SIU-YIK and female head nurse TO KA-MAN, YAT-KIN and his pregnant wife Doctor FAN TZE-YU agreed to go together but YAT-KIN forgets to bring their gift.
